Compensation:
Compensation opportunities fall into the following categories. Results and performance
significantly impact these opportunities.
. Base Salary: based on experience / education (paid semi-monthly). Variable Pay: based on performance and results (paid quarterly)
Total Compensation: no cap on earnings ($50k to $100k+). Discretionary bonuses (based on performance)
