We are seeking an Office Manager to join our local construction company. The primary responsibilities for this role include:
- Being in contact with leads/potential customers
- Answering the phone and calling potential clients
- Scheduling jobs and estimates
- Performing light bookkeeping
**Job Details:**
- **Starting Wage:** $21 per hour
- **Hours:** 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday 9AM until 5 PM
- **Availability:** You must keep the company phone on you from 8 AM until 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 noon to answer phone calls if someone is to call.
- **Training:** Adequately Provided for the first two weeks
- **Equipment:** Company phone, company computer, and private office
