Description:
I. Call Center Representative (non-clinical):
A. Responsibilities:
1. Place and field calls, chats, SMS or emails
2. Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
3. Collect and record information in the CRM
4. Provide contacts with approved information and, if appropriate, refer them to additional resources
5. Follow script. Representatives are not permitted to deviate from the script or provide information that is not included in the script.
B. Qualifications:
1. Experience in a health care environment or preferably in public health system is ideal or referral to this opportunity through a local non-profit agency or city/state workforce program
2. Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic
3. Excellent interpersonal skills required and ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress
4. Ability to show empathy to distressed individuals
5. High school diploma, or equivalent required
6. Excellent organizational and communication skills
7. Ability to speak, read, and write English also must be Bilingual spanish
8. Ability to stay focused in a telecommuter environment
9. Ability to successfully pass a hiring experience investigation
