Your challenge
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform change control tasks as assigned
- Directs the analysis, inspection, design, test and/or integration to assure the quality of products or components
- Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate current process and process changes
- Assist in developing new approaches to solve problems identified during manufacturing and/or quality assurance processes
- Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodologies, quality plans, and associated reports
- Produce and/or evaluate fixture design
- Maintain a part change log or BOM for fixtures.
- Develop, execute and establish quality KPIs as directed by Quality Management
- Present data to management using Excel, Power Point, mini-tab or Power BI as needed.
- Support Product/process assessment, CAPA, validations and continuous improvement activities
- Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses as identified
- Completes MMDS & SPoT process for new materials and products
- Create, revise and update quality related documents
- Provide assistance in risk management activities
- Provide assistance in external and internal audits
- Other duties as assigned

Your Profile
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or related field or minimum 3 years experience with Associate degree
- 0-3 years of experience in high volume regulated manufacturing industry in engineering field.
- A broad knowledge of theory and principles of statistics and statistical process control
- Diverse knowledge of inspection control methods, techniques, and documentation.
- Strong computer skills including QA applications, word processing, spreadsheets and databases
- Must be able to record and interpret data to present data in various forms
- Ability to recognize and define problems, collect data, and develop conclusions
- Experience on CAD/SolidWorks
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, lean and Quality Management Tools
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents
- Working experience on CMM programming
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Excellent communication, analytical, trouble-shooting and interpersonal skills
- A team player as well as the ability to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
