We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager (Washington DC Area).
Must live within the Washington DC Area.
If you have a minimum of 3 years of cabinet sales experience, then come join a family owned growing organization.
Territory Sales Manager (Washington DC Area)
The Territory Sales is responsible for maintaining the current customer base, coordinate growth and profitability in the sales department by successfully promoting the products and services Multi-Housing Depot offers to the Multi-Housing Industry.
Responsibilities:
· Increase, cultivate and maintain customer base within territory while providing excellent customer service.
· Achieve Sales Goals.
· Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and bids.
· Investigate and resolve customer issues and concerns.
· Support corporate marketing activities and sales initiatives.
· Establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
· Attend and participate in company sales meetings, training sessions, seminars and various association events and meeting.
· Attend and participate in: trade shows, company events and various association events and meetings.
· Keep abreast of industry trends.
Requirements:
· College/University Degree
· Cabinet sales experience a BIG PLUS
· Project Management Experience preferred
· Experience in cold calling and prospecting new business.
· Excellent presentation skills.
· Valid clean driver license.
· Able to lift up to 55 pounds.
· Must reside within the territory.
Skills:
· Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel and Word
· CRM - Customer Relations Management Software.
· Sales, Marketing and Closing.
· Organization and Time Management.
· 20/20 Cabinet Experience Preferred
