About the role:
The Community Support Professional (CSP) will be responsible for providing direct support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in large groups, small groups, and one to one, ensuring that each person has access to a meaningful day. This role will focus on helping people achieve person centered goals related to preparing for, maintaining, and succeeding in their efforts around employment, socialization, volunteering, recreation, resource location, money management, and transportation.

Will be creative, detailed oriented, a self-starter, capable of multitasking, and organized

Will be familiar with Montgomery County and/or Prince George’s County activities and resources

Willing to work in a high energy environment, with a diverse population

Have a High School Diploma or GED (AA preferred)

Have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation and be willing to drive Opportunities, Inc. vehicles

Have technical knowledge to operate a laptop/desktop computer, and use Microsoft Office suite, Zoom, and other similar computer programs.
