Administrative Assistant $21.64/hr.
Normal business hours: M-F 8am-5pm – Full-time position
Description: Client-facing position, working as a liaison between advisors and clients
· Greet clients in-person and over the telephone
· Manage client traffic and discretely handle sensitive client information
· Complete new client paperwork and schedule client appointments
· Maintain client records in the CRM system
· Check and manage company email accounts
· Plan and attend occasional marketing or client events
· Backend administration with LPL for compliance purposes
· Other administrative duties as they arise
