Job Responsibilities:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, answering phones, data entry, and ordering supplies.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Handle parts inquiries, look up parts and pricing.
- Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable.
- Communicate with vendors regarding the status of orders.
- Taking customer job orders
Requirements:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of Quickbooks
Minimum 1 year experience
Ability to move/ lift up to 60 lbs??
Must be dependable
Must have attention to detail
Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
