We have a unique opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager for our southern US markets based out of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Responsible territory to include TX, OK and LA. The right candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Role and Responsibilities
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Planning and directing the training of your assigned Outside Sales team as per company guidelines and policy
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
- Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures of direct reports
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Assist in the setting of sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing territory sales plans
- Set and meet KPI’s
- Frequent travel required
Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage the sales process and forecast sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Leadership and training experience
- Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a faced pace working environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Possess advanced time management skills
- Must be able to get MSHA certified and ability to go underground

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
