Description:
GoEngineer is seeking an Order Management specialist to join our team. This is a remote role. Our Order Management team supports our organization by ensuring that our customer's orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities

Receiving and processing the sales orders and purchase orders in multiple CRM applications

Verifying order details for accuracy

Calculating custom discounts on orders

Updating and maintaining customer order information

Working closely to support our sales team

Answering periodic phone calls
Requirements:
- Order processing or other administrative experience preferred

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Deadline driven with a sense of urgency and commitment

Previous experience with CRM/ERP Systems is preferred

Able to work standard business hours M-F, with ability and willingness to work (paid) overtime at the end of month/quarter/year
