MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS:
- Entering and confirming orders.
- Following up with customers via email, phone or mail.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties or other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Work closely with production and shipping managing customer shipments and expedites.
- Entering quotes for engineering to complete.
- Handling Customer Complaints / RMA’s and investigation.
- Reviewal of customer quality requirements.
- Tracking and controlling sales orders.
- Sending samples to customers.
- Cold calling customer leads.
- Completing open order reports and other various excel spreadsheets.
- Compiles Job Travelers.
- Potential customer visits to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.
- Other tasks as assigned by Inside Sales Supervisor.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, Customer Service and/or Inside Sales role.
- Manufacturing job shop environment (not mandatory).
- Aerospace Experience Required
- Reading mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent required. Post high school education preferred.
- ERP / MRP system knowledge
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Power Point, and Word Proficiency(Microsoft Office).
