Position Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Business Operations Manager will work across departments to ensure alignment with the companys goals, vision, culture, and policies. This role is essential for ensuring that the company's operations are efficient, profitable, and compliant. Known as head operations administrators, operations managers translate the organizations vision into achievable, actionable goals and work to improve workflows for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Analysis: Assess how products or services move through various stages, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and devise strategies to improve processes.-
Resource Management: Ensure the right resources (human, financial, physical) are available at the right place and time, managing supply chain, inventory, and capacity planning.

Quality Control: Ensure that quality control standards are met across different stages of production or service processes.

Risk Management: Handle risks related to product or service delivery, such as equipment breakdowns, supplier failures, or process disruptions.

Technical Proficiency: Work closely with specific technologies like ERP systems, MES, or other operation-specific tools.

Product Development: Understand and apply principles of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and prototyping and testing to optimize manufacturing and assembly processes.

Financial Management: Develop budgets, perform forecasting, and run ROI and performance metrics analyses to evaluate operational decisions.

Leadership: Manage crises with emotional intelligence and provide leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Foster communication and collaboration across all departments to maintain connectedness and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in operations management or related roles.-
