Job Summary:

Role and Responsibilities:
The Advertising Assistant will be responsible for our company's advertising efforts. Will be working closely with our management teams to build brand awareness and positioning. Finally, the Marketing Director will be in charge of our social media presence, organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
· Handling social media and public communications relation efforts.
· Researching demand for our products and services.
· Developing promotions with management.
· Compiling lists describing our offerings.
· Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
· Building brand awareness and positioning.
· Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
· Develop strategies that are continuously looking to optimize the customer experience
· Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
· Assist management in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
· Support the creation of advertising materials and content.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
· Other duties as assigned and trained.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Associate’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
· Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
· Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and advertising.

· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
