Orange County 38 years nutraceutical company is looking for a talented Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative to assist with front office responsibilities and online sales. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize company’s sales;
- Perform data entry of daily orders received;
- Print out the shipping labels from UPS, USPS, DHL and other shipping methods;
- Perform internet sales promotions;
- Perform assistance or analysis for the accounting system.
Skills
- Proven experience as an office assistant;
- Knowledge of “back-office” computer systems;
- Working knowledge of office equipment;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint techniques;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience working online sales promotion skills;
- Experience on-line meeting setups e.g. Zoom or Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
- Prefer college degree.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
