Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will oversee all local HR requirements such as Employee Relations, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, Associate Engagement, Community Giving, and Safety and Compliance.
- Work closely with the Leadership team to provide a great work environment for our employee team members across two Denver locations.
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees as well as commission reporting.
- Complete new hire, termination and payroll change paperwork for all new employees.
- Recruit and hire hourly as well as salary/commission employees.
- Disseminate benefit packets to monthly eligible employees and assist in completing paperwork; turn in benefit paperwork on employee’s behalf to benefits providers for processing; assist with annual benefits open enrollment process.
- Responsible for all Leave of Absence administration and weekly time tracking.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all business and Associate-related information.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruiting and employee relations
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, including UltiPro and ATS platforms
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
