Develops and implements a strategy to develop new business customer accounts and maximize opportunities with existing customer accounts to achieve sales goals for gross sales, net profit in contract manufacturing, packaging, kitting, assembly and fulfillment. Works with Arcworks staff to develop bids, project schedules, and oversees contract implementation; as well as cultivates key customer accounts to ensure long-term strategic partnerships.
Minimum Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in prospecting, lead generation and business development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A minimum of 3 years' sales experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Contract manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Licensure/Certification
