Must be able to work some night shifts and some weekend shifts.
Primarily responsible for operating and maintain cleaning kitchen equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, China ware, flatware, cutlery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing the kitchen equipment.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment
· Work well as a member of a team in order to provide excellent service in an upscale work environment
· Be flexible and willing to perform some minor food preparation tasks along with dishwashing duties.
· Must be able to work nights and weekends.
