**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide patient care in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and home community care. Experience in trigger point therapy, geriatrics, orthopedics, acute care, and hospital medicine is highly beneficial.
**Duties:**
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to promote recovery
- Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in patient care, preferably in various settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and home community care
- Specialization or experience in trigger point therapy, geriatrics, orthopedics, acute care, or hospital medicine is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.49 - $60.81 per hour
