Harmony Design Group, a premier Landscape Architecture and construction firm, is looking for a self-described plant person to join our growing team. We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Salesperson to join our organization and help us grow our Landscape Maintenance Division.

We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package including a base starting salary between $75,000 – 85,000 as well as opportunity for commission based on sales performance. Who you are:
- Must be a self-described plant person! We are looking for someone with demonstrated horticultural knowledge to grow our maintenance division;
- Must have landscape experience;
- Prior sales experience is required, inside or outside of the green industry;
- Familiarity with landscape design and landscape maintenance practices, is a plus;
- A degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
What you’ll do:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for residential maintenance clients;
- Utilizing sales and marketing skills to grow our maintenance division;
- Understanding client needs, coordinating project requirements, and ensuring the sales and delivery of landscaping services;
- Meeting and exceeding sales metrics and volume;
- Collaborating with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our residential landscape maintenance division;
- Developing new sales pipelines, following up on sales leads, and identifying growth markets;
- Leading and developing our maintenance and showroom teams;
- Managing products and inventory;
- Contributing to the success of our maintenance sales by playing a strategic role on our leadership team
