Currently looking to fill a position in our Residential Program as either a Residential Worker, or Case Manager, depending on which appropriate qualifications are met. This position has 35 - 40 flexible day, evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications for both positions are flexible with either a degree from an accredited college or university with a major in a mental health, health, or other appropriate human services related discipline; or a combination of one or more years of college plus related work or life experience together equaling four years (The individual is required to have at least one year of related work or life experience, if the four year college education does not meet the requirements above);or a license as a practical nurse plus two years of related work or life experience; or a high school diploma or the equivalent, with four years of related work or life experience. Valid driver’s license. Good driving record, meets recommendations of Agency Automotive Insurer preferred.
The Case Manager position additionally requires one-year experience in a residential mental health setting. Both positions require CPR/First Aid training, to be obtained prior to providing services alone and within 30 days of hire. We will provide the training if none currently exists.
The positions in our Residential Program provide supervision and support to clients living in a group home or apartment/community setting while encouraging the residential client’s wellness and recovery through group activities, education in daily living skills, supportive counseling and medication management. Additionally, depending on position, you will participate in the development of Treatment Plans for each client on caseload, as well as providing over sight and coordination of clients receipt of medical care benefits and all Psychiatric rehabilitation services.
