Project Role Description: Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
The main duties and responsibilities of a Technical Business Analyst include:
- Defining and documenting business needs and goals
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions.
- Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to optimize performance.
- Creating and maintaining detailed reports on the performance of current systems and strategies
- Leading project management activities such as project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
- Training users and stakeholders on new systems or software solutions
- Keeping up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes and system workflows.
· Responsibilities of the Technical Business Analyst include improving corporate data reliability, streamlining business operations, implementing technology solutions, and creating technical reports.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with project management and software developers to design and implement solutions.

- Provide user training and support
- Create and present reports to technical and non-technical team members
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role
- Understanding of business practices and processes
- Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling
- Proficiency in SQL and other data analysis tools
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain technical details effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Education Qualification:
BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or relevant field
