Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Services Associate (CSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client and caregivers schedules, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales and clinical teams. MUST HAVE HOME CARE EXPERIENCE
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide schedule solutions
- Assist in project management and coordination of client deliverables.
- Resolve client / caregiver issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients, referral sources, caregivers, and team members.
- Heavy Phone work.
- Handle reconciliation of shifts for billing / payroll.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- Computer skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently.
