Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient's condition
- Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and disease prevention
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in dermal fillers
- Proficient in providing nursing care across various specialties such as behavioral health, memory care, and family planning
- Experience working with children and providing age-appropriate care
- Ability to perform triage and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center procedures and protocols
- Competent in ventilating patients when necessary
- Knowledge of coding practices for accurate documentation and billing
Requirements:
- Valid registered nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
