Job Overview:
· Answer phones
· Speak with customers with updating on current repairs, scheduling, etc
· Speak with technicians regarding repairs
· Monitoring repair orders

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Follow processes set forth to allow for efficient work
· Follow estimates & repairs from beginning to end, resulting in happy/pleased customer base
· Take notes & enter digitally
· Keep up with schedules & relay info pertaining to said schedules
· Duty & responsibility to want to learn this industry to better serve our clientele
