Role
As a Maintenance Mechanic (also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer), you'll troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, follow diagrams and manufacturer’s instructions, diagnose and repair CNC equipment and PLC control systems, and identify root causes of issues to perform necessary repairs.

Qualifications
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in VFDs, PLCs, and ability to create ladder diagram schematics for various electrical circuits.
- Experience with operating cutting torches, welding equipment, and a range of tools from common hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and electronic testing devices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a capability of teaching and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, machine safety inspections, and troubleshooting industrial automation equipment.
