Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Line Account Manager with a specialization in marketing insurance products to diverse carriers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends, particularly within the insurance sector, and demonstrate a track record of effectively supporting clients in the real estate industry. Proficiency in utilizing Applied Epic software is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to facilitate the marketing of insurance products.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance industry.

Collaborate with clients who own real estate to understand their specific insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

Analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and risk mitigation.

Utilize Applied Epic software to manage client accounts, process policies, and generate reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.

Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and claims.

Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Act as a subject matter expert on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on marketing to carriers.

Strong understanding of insurance market dynamics, including pricing trends, underwriting criteria, and regulatory requirements.

Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience working with clients in the real estate industry preferred.

Proficiency in using Applied Epic or similar insurance software.
