**Office Aide**
**Overview:**
SMALL BUSINESS- Industrial Pump and Electric Motor Shop
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires proficiency in clerical tasks, office management, and excellent communication skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Assist with office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing appointments.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and record-keeping
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to clients and visitors.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a clerk or in an office setting is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills including typing and document management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
