Owns and manages “end-to-end” specific projects, initiatives, and/or activities for the Store Operations team. Directs projects, initiatives, and/or activities to improve company financials, improve and/or maintain compliance and enhance the customer experience. Conducts data diagnostics with analytical problem solving, identifies areas of opportunity, and develops/implements solutions. Primarily focuses on corporate projects and initiatives, many of which will involve cross-functional partnership(s) and/or in-store touchpoints.

Determines the size of each opportunity/solution.
Data Measurement & Problem Solving

Analyzes and gathers data to evaluate and diagnose projects.

Develops metrics to measure impact of projects.

Determines on-going hypotheses and conducts root cause analysis.

Leads problem solving session.
Implementation of Solutions

Develops tests/pilots to prove or disprove solutions.

Determines financial impact with expenses and savings at network rollout.

Creates final implementation work plan for rollout of solutions.

Presents final rollout plan to senior executives.
Qualifications:
Must be able to:

Develop creative and financial-changing solutions to identified problems.

Create and lead group problem solving discussions and executive presentations.

Design and execute testing regimes to validate potential solutions.

Design and execute appropriate analyses to size potential impact of problems or solutions (i.e., development of financial models and/or sensitivity scenarios).

Create and execute an implementation plan for rollout to network.

Create and craft communication leading to successful project outcomes.

Lead multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and lead presentations to various levels of management.

Prioritize projects based upon solution impact, time to implement and/or direction from leadership.

Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Ability to partner, coordinate and delegate to all levels of management.

Strong ability to influence without direct authority, leading to successful project outcomes.

Proven track record of producing results and meeting or exceeding financial goals and objectives.

Basic knowledge of retail accounting processes.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.

Master’s in Business Administration or appropriate advanced degree preferred.
-
4-6 years of related work experience required. Retail experience highly preferred.

Supervisory experience preferred.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
