Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
- Accurately match invoices to purchase orders (POs).
- Independently resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Identify and correct abnormalities efficiently.
Excel:
- Format general reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Implement data validations and create drop-down menus.
- Develop logic, comparison, and nested functions for comprehensive data analysis.
Word:
- Create tables of contents and protected forms for streamlined document management.
PDF:
- Develop, edit, and modify PDF forms for various business needs.
Organization:
- Maintain robust filing systems (both paper and digital).
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
Written Skills:
- Exhibit strong business writing skills.
- Adapt writing style to different levels of formality and complexity.
Phone Skills:
- Confidently make and handle phone calls with professionalism.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and message-taking abilities.
Programs:
- Proficient use of Asana, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Computer Skills:
- Experience with creating and utilizing macros for automation.

Pay: $33,280.00 - $45,760.00 per year
