- Make personal calls on Architect, Engineering, and Commercial Facilities firms in all targeted customer segments

Ensure that the writing of favorable specifications is accomplished and in sufficient volume to achieve annual product line sales targets and business plan goals

Collaborate with Applications Group to provide design assistance, sizing, heat gain, and loss calculations for commercial building owners, managers, developers, architects, and engineers to have HVAC Distributors represented product lines specified on engineered projects

Manage and report pipeline data for all Manufacturer’s Representative product and Design / Build opportunities, commencing with engineering specification

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
