Searching for an office assistant
Primary Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- take and relay messages
- provide information to callers
- deal with queries from the public and customers
- provide general administrative and clerical support
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- monitor and maintain office equipment
- handle AR & AP data entry
- monitor inventory
Helpful Experience
- knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices

We are The Sailboat Specialists and if you love sailing this may be a perfect job for you. In this front office position - boating experience is a plus, but not required.
Work Remotely
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
