Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
The Staffing Coordinator works closely with Staffing Agency Team to ensure appropriate staff coverage for the Nursing Clients we support. Reviews staff schedules, identifies variances to staffing plan and contacts nursing staff for coverage.

Perform all office functions directly related to the operation of Licensed Staffing Agency in the area of staffing, payroll and scheduling.

Schedules all staff for Nursing Clients for CNA, LPN, and RN roles.

Processes payroll for all Nursing Clients.

Alerts Director if there are call out patterns noted.

Schedules staff to meet optimal needs of the Nursing Home and ALP.

Reviews, approves and/or disapproves requested time off for staff.

Organizes staffing patterns to minimize overtime while maintaining appropriate staffing needs.

Ensures certification for all Licensing staff is completed in a timely manner.

Maintains file of certifications and licenses that is readily available.

Other duties as requested by management.
