Job Title: Junior Salesperson Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Description:
As our Junior Salesperson, you are responsible for providing an amazing customer experience for our walk-in clients. This entry level position allows the right person the opportunity to not only handle our inside sales needs but offers a career path and mentoring by our seasoned sales professionals. The future goal for the right individual is to eventually become a world-class salesperson within our organization.
Primary Responsibilities

Welcome and identify customer needs
- 30-60 combined cold and warm calls per day (35% of time)

Show used furniture showroom products to customers (20% of time)

Organize used furniture showroom floor. Set up, staging, pricing product (20% of time)

Procurement of used furniture (15% of time)

Follow up with customers

Process customer orders

Schedule customer pickup/delivery

Turn used clients that are interested in new furniture over to sales team.
- Creating a monthly used sales newsletter to send our clients through zoho
