Assistant Manager
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient store performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they meet performance expectations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment
- Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement employee training programs
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Skills:
- Retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to analyze financial data
- Proven ability to sell products/services and negotiate with customers/vendors
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer relationships
