Client Relationship Representative:
Pay: $38,000-$50,000 (Based on Education and Experience)

Job Description: Assisting Partners and Financial Advisors service existing client base that includes individual client relationships. Requires someone who has great people skills, is organized, and able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
What you can expect during the interview process:
- A welcome phone call from an owner.
- An onsite interview with both owners and follow up with other employees.
- If offered a job, you will take a drug test, get fingerprinted and complete a background investigation per SEC requirements.
Your typical work hours will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
Work with our existing 401k Plans and Participants to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper notes for all client interactions.
- Assist Financial Advisor’s in the servicing of existing individual and family accounts.
- Scheduling appointments and annual meetings.
- Assisting clients with questions regarding their accounts.
- Assist with opening and maintenance of client accounts.
- Maintain proper notes for all client interactions.
- Assist with maintaining good compliance records for the firm.
- Assist with client event planning.
- Provide other relative administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
· Prefer you will have bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or other related field of study.
- Must have excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience coordinating and scheduling is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and understanding of CRM software. (Client Relationship Manager such as Salesforce.)
- You must have a strong understanding and aptitude for technology, with hands-on experience using online programs, social media, and other relevant tools.
- Bilingual is a plus.
