Title: Customer Service/Lounge Staff
Location: Honolulu, HI
Work Hour: 9:30am to 8:30pm (7 hours/Day: Shift system in Morning & Evening)
Salary : $18-$21(DOE)
Job Descriptions:
- Greets customers (cardholders) visiting the lounge and provides customer service assistance to cardholders about account inquiries, account information/status changes, product information, etc.
- In charge of operations of the lounge (restocking supplies, preparing beverages, cleaning, etc.).
- Reception and guidance for various rental services (strollers, umbrellas, portable chargers, etc.).
- Handle cardholder's inquiries (lost or stolen cards, immediate reissuance, card usage instructions, international insurance, and others).
- Perform back-office duties related to lounge operations such as inventory control and data entry.
- Preparation before/after lounge operations (cleaning, tidying up, restocking supplies, etc.).
Qualifications:
- Expert-level Japanese skills (Speak/Read/Write)
- Previous experience for Japanese companies preferred but not required
- Previous customer service experience highly preferred (travel industry, concierge, etc.)
- Able to work on weekends and holidays (shift schedule)
- Able to work at both Ala Moana and Waikiki locations.
- Able to work full-time (5days/week)
- A positive mind set and strong passion for success.
