About Program Phoenix:
Program Phoenixis a multi-year initiative that has been established to create a real-timeenterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The Program will involve a green field implementation of ERP and CRM.
Summary of Role:
CRM Expert will be responsible for leading a global team who designs and deliver solutions related to CRM Market to contract value stream to support the Company’s business transformation and growth objectives. This role requires close working relationships with senior business and IT leadership, implementation partners, Enterprise Architecture, and the PMO office will focus on the end-to-end Sales and marketing processes in the semiconductor industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership to e2e process design, build, test, master data standards, and legacy integration of Marketing and Sales processes.
· Provide thought leadership, best practices, and Subject Matter Expertise related to the CRM Value stream.
· Provide direction and lead the resolution of complex process and technical integration issues related to MS Dynamics CRM, working with business stakeholders, SI partners and IT peers.
· Partner with business stakeholders and business process owner(s) to develop comprehensive CRM roadmap and provide seamless digital experience for our customers GF using Customer portal
· Post the project go-live, the role will be responsible for architecture, development,
implementation, and maintenance of Sales, Marketing/CRM related systems.
· Lead and inspire a high-performing CRM team, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of customer-centricity.
· Manage the Sales Marketing/CRM IT Process, including configuration, integration, customization, master data, and reporting.
· Develop team members' skills and career paths through coaching, feedback, and training opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
· The ideal candidate should possess a thorough grasp of the CRM lifecycle, encompassing lead management, account management, opportunity management, Product Pricing, product management, CPQ process and service management.
Required Qualifications:
· Education - BS/MS degree.
· Overall experience of 15-20 years as delivery manager or Lead Solution Architect role for at least 5-6 full life-cycle MS Dynamics CRM implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support).
· Proficiency in Power Platform tools including Power Automate, PowerApps, Power Pages & Customer Portals.
· Good understanding of Azure-based tools such as ADF (Azure Data Factory), Azure Pipelines, and Azure Storage.
· Prior successful delivery experience in global and complex MS Dynamics CRM implementation and processes.
· Problem solving, analytical skills, and decision making. Ability to independently resolve issues using critical thinking, analysis and data always keeping the big picture in mind.

· significant ambiguity, fluctuating priorities and constraints
· Must be a highly motivated people leader with proven experience in nurturing global teams and mentoring teams to become high performers.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
· Exposure to the Hi-Tech industry, ideally in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
· Understanding of CRM architecture, and cross module integration
· Good knowledge, and understanding of Agile Methodologies.
· Knowledge of SAP, iCertis would be an advantage
Expected Salary Range L9 up to $195k up to a 25% bonus and $40k RSU’s

Pay: $140,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
