Dishwashers are expected to work under the direction of Executive Chef Gary Tamashiro. Main duty is to wash all silverware, plates & cups that are used in the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day
- Ability to place cases, pans, utensils and plates on both low and high shelves
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Ability to keep a positive attitude
- Ability to keep a professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for a long period of time
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge for sanitation & cleanliness
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year in the restaurant industry preferred, but not required
