Role Overview:
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the hero our customers deserve, providing top-notch support for our mobile apps and services. From troubleshooting technical glitches to soothing frazzled nerves, you'll be the friendly face behind the screen, ensuring our users have a smooth and delightful experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with a sprinkle of charm and wit.
- Provide technical support for mobile apps, guiding users through any hiccups they encounter with ease.
- Empathize with customers and go the extra mile to resolve their issues, leaving them with a smile on their face.
- Collaborate with our Rockstar development team to identify and address common user pain points, making our apps even more awesome.
- Keep an eye on trends and feedback to continuously improve our customer care processes and make magic happen.
Job Requirements:
- An enthusiasm for delighting customers and solving issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for creativity and personality.
- Tech-savvy mindset with a knack for troubleshooting technical issues (previous experience in customer support for mobile apps is a plus!).
- Proficiency in using common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) & a basic understanding of internet browsers.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques for computer and software issues.
- Experience with email clients and web-based email services.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive in.
