Job Summary
The full-time Customer Service Teammate is responsible for providing internal support to Kawahara Nurseries Sales, Distribution, Availability and Operations departments. Bilingual in Spanish a plus!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process orders and adjustments with software system
- Proactively communicate with all KNI teams on product needs, requests, issues and complaints
- Work with Account Services Manager and Sales team to efficiently manage product flow
- Proactively communicate with Account Services Manager and other KNI teams on operational, IT software, or other process issues
- Efficiently and accurately assist with front office or other administrative duties, as needed
- Motivated to make others better

Requirements
- Excellent email and computer skills using Google Apps (Gmail, Docs & Sheets)
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
- High school diploma minimum education
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
