As an Intake Coordinator, you will:
- Function as gatekeeper for all correspondence and communications.
- Create correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Receives and processes referral and intake information from outside referral sources.
- Initiate appropriate communication with clinical and operations teams based on the needs of referred individuals to facilitate appropriate services.
- Collect, verify, obtain, and maintain authorization for referred patients and current patients.
- Calling provider offices for updates on outstanding documents.
- Preparing patient consent packets and documents for use by clinical staff.
- Auditing clinical record documentation to ensure adherence to accrediting body, state, and federal guidelines, as directed by the Administrator or Director of Clinical Services.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
