Right at Home is looking for an experienced Branch Director! In this position you will be responsible for leading the team in building and promoting the Right at Home brand in market, while also maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and licensing requirements. In this position, you will also be responsible for local branch operations including; sales, marketing, client experience, caregiver experience and financial performance management, with key responsibilities in the areas of Human Resources, and payroll and billing.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Administrates the operations of the office, including budgeting, sales, profit and loss management, accounting, data collection, record maintenance, and employment practices.
- Maintains compliance with applicable laws and regulations and implements corrective action in response to reports or complaints from regulatory agencies, the client or client family/representatives.
- Establishes and maintains an ongoing public relations program and a marketing plan to increase community awareness of services provided, improve relations with community partners and other potential referral sources to increase revenue and brand awareness.
- Gathers feedback from clients and staff to address concerns and resolve challenges.
- Goes out into the field to build referral partners and business development
- Track and report on business development activities and drive results.
- Fosters positive relationships with clients, client families, employees, referral sources and community partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources and potential clients.
- Achieve cohesive, effective, positive and mutually supportive team spirit with team members.
- Communicate openly and builds honest relationships that allow for differences to be constructively resolved rather than ignored, suppressed or denied.

- Oversight of overall client experience for agency and ensuring clients receive an extraordinary client experience.
- Responsible for oversight of office staff and providing an extraordinary employee experience.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising, developing, coaching, disciplining and terminating local staff.
- Owns overall communication strategy within the office to include; organizing and holding weekly staff meetings, ensures all client/caregiver communications are handled in a timely manner; ensures goals and objectives for staff are communicated.
- Performs or supervises care staff and client experience in accordance with state regulations and Right at Home standards of care.
- Participate in new hire orientation for all new team members to illustrate branch culture and leadership.
- Adhere to human resources policies and procedures for all staff, and assist in the development and/or refinement of employment policies and procedures as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Cultivate long term trusting relationships with clients and families.
- Oversight of client and caregiver survey programs by promoting, participating, reviewing results and utilizing them to actively improve the quality of care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and care staff.
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of operating software and systems required for agency operations.
- Be honest and forthright in the work you do and the interactions with employees, clients, referral sources, other Associate Branch Directors or Franchisees, community providers, corporate employees, vendors and any other stakeholders you work with.

Successful candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a Health Related Science plus sales or Industry related experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 year homecare or healthcare experience
- 3 to 5 years of industry/health related sales preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of branch office or supervisory experience required.
- Demonstrates an ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
- Highly organized self-starter that can lead a team with passion, integrity and energy.
- Ability to think strategically and manage tactically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence others.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, excellent computer skills and working knowledge of billing/scheduling software.
