Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of various mobile devices and accessories
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Demonstrate product functionality and provide technical support as needed
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of mobile technology and the ability to troubleshoot common issues is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is an advantage for serving diverse customer base
