Job Overview:
Hickory Hills Country Club located in Springfield, Missouri, boasting a premier golf and country club community is searching for a Restaurant and Beverage Manager that will be a visionary leader with the energy, passion, and experience to lead current food and beverage operations and facilitate all dining venues with an exceptional level of service.
This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with members at a high level. Qualifications should include a minimum of 2 years of service operations and strong leadership skills.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for daily floor management of the restaurant.
- Daily responsibility could be, but not limited to, pre-shift meetings, table visits, expo, overall floor management.
- Executes policies and procedures for the Food & Beverage department including compliance of company standards relating to quality of products and services. (Subject to Board approval)
- Assists Managment with interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates, also addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Assists Managment and the Catering and Events Manager with weekly schedule for service staff.
- Assist Managment with proper execution of our Server and Bartender Training Programs.
- Other duties may be assigned by Managment and the Board of Directors.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
