**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable - Experience in both is mandatory
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and emails occasionally
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Support office management with various tasks as needed
- Coordinate calendar management and scheduling meetings
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Human Resource Admin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment
- Exceptional trust and loyalty with references
