JINYA's Line and Prep Team Members are: friendly, energetic, and the heart of the JINYA brand. Line and Prep Team Members support Kitchen Managers and play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through perfect plate execution.
Starting Hourly Rate: $14 - $18 based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Scratch kitchen knife skills
- Prepares food items according to the recipe or instructions provided.
- Complies with our exceptional standard for food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Handles, stores, and rotates all food and products properly.
- Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation.
Qualifications:
- Kitchen experience required
- A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
- Focus on quality and takes pride in work
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Experience with Japanese cuisine preferred
