That 1 Painter of Central PA has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Location Manager. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining high customer satisfaction, accurately estimating job costs, closing new and repeat business, and achieving sales goals. This role demands relentless follow-up, constant communication with clients and partners, and daily in-person appointments. The Manager Role:
Hiring Immediately - As a full-time Sales Manager, you'll oversee a diverse territory in your specific region, receiving comprehensive training in all our products and services. Here, you'll develop crucial skills in strategic planning, team leadership, communication, and problem-solving, preparing you for a future of growth and success.

The Responsibilities:
- Estimating in person and on-site (and virtually as needed) with prospects
- Following up with all quotes seven times within six months OR until approved/rejected
- Upselling clients on additional services
- Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client’s needs and delivering a quality project
- Attend home shows, commercial trade events and other networking events and advertising opportunities as the primary representative of That 1 Painter
- Constantly pursuing strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter, developing a referral network to generate leads and utilizing all T1P processes & methodologies to aid the company in lead generation
- Utilize the T1P Sales process, tools, software and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer and fellow team members alike
The Qualifications:
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to generate your own leads through various methods
- Confident and composed public speaker
- Self-driven, disciplined, and career-focused
- Eager to learn diverse skills applicable to various career paths
- Naturally sociable and thrives on human interaction
- BA/BS degree preferred
The Compensation :

- Base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
- Average earning potential: $75,000 - $150,000

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
