```Duties:```
- Plan, organize, and lead athletic activities for participants in various sports such as soccer , cross country, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and track & field.
- Instruct and educate participants on the rules, techniques, and strategies of the respective sports.
- Develop practice plans and drills to enhance participants' skills and performance.
- Provide guidance and support to participants during training sessions and competitions.
- Ensure the safety of participants by enforcing proper safety measures and protocols.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events.
- Maintain equipment and facilities used for athletic activities.
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in coaching or playing sports, preferably in physical education or childcare settings.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in one or more sports such as soccer , cross country, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and track & field, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants.
- Ability to demonstrate proper techniques and skills in the respective sports.
- Physical fitness and stamina to actively participate in training sessions and demonstrate drills.
- CPR/AED certification is preferred but not required.
- Ability to climb stairs, lift equipment, and perform physical activities associated with coaching.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 8.0 per week
