Position Summary
Responsible for the full cycle of order processing. Process orders within ERP system, build bill of material and create routers. Manage truck breakdowns and print required documents for the shop floor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Review all new orders within 2 hours of them being entered into JB2 and verify that the information on the order is accurate. Identify any missing or incorrect data and report it to the Design & Estimating Team if changes are needed.
· Assemble job traveler packets and verify all routers and drawings are correct. Deliver packets to Production Supervisor.
· Monitor shop floor ERP logins to each job as well as in process QC logins; update as necessary
· Maintain accurate order data within ERP system
· Enter estimate updates and daily schedule updates
· Collaborate with Shipping & Inventory Manager and Buyer to ensure accurate inventory of items required to fulfill the order.
· Assemble job traveler packets and verify all routers and drawings are correct. Deliver packets to Production Supervisor.
· Closely follow custom projects through the shop and reach out to Production Supervisor for guidance with build issues/suggestions and first part approval.
· Assist the Production Supervisor’s with part build processes and questions regarding material specifics.
· Assist the Production Scheduler as needed with the scheduling of projects and provide back up support.
· Assist the team in reporting and audit support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
