We are looking for an amazing administrative assistant to join our team. This is a temporary position with potential for hire
- You would be the first point of contact for our clients
- The main focus and priority will be answering all incoming lead requests, this will eb by phone, email, text and all social media channels
- Monitoring social media messages and responding promptly
- Directing all incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
- Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.
- Personal Assistant Requirements:
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Google
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills
- As the first point of contact in our office it is expected to be professionally dressed and represent the company in the best light.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
